Welcome to DStorage Spot (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these T&C. If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Services Provided
We provide self-service storage facilities where customers can rent storage units to store personal property. Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis, and customers are responsible for all payments, as detailed in their rental agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Rent is due in advance on the first of each month. We accept payments by credit/debit card, or ACH. Payments can also be made directly from the invoice using a checking account or credit card, subject to applicable fees. If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, late fees will apply. Continued non-payment may result in the loss of access to the storage unit and potential auctioning of the stored items.
4. Use of Storage Units
Storage units are to be used exclusively for storage purposes. You may not use the unit for residential purposes, as a workspace, or for any illegal activities. Any complaints from other tenants or suspicious activity may result in the termination of your rental agreement.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for the safety or security of your stored items. You agree to self-insure or obtain insurance for all stored items. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your property, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to fire, theft, weather, or pests.
6. Termination and Vacating
You may terminate your rental agreement by providing a 30-day written notice. You must vacate the storage unit by the specified date, remove all your belongings, and leave the unit clean and damage-free. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Enlaze, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission.
8. Modifications to Services and T&C
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services, or to update these T&C at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the T&C periodically to stay informed of any updates.
9. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these T&C shall be resolved in the courts of Kingwood, Texas.
